Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!We do not offer refunds for payments made online. If you cancel on the day of the party you can only have a raincheck (reschedule). We are not responsible for the hours you get to use the equipment on the day of the party due to the weather or other delays not caused by BHD. It is your responsibility to make GOOD JUDGMENT before the party. If it rains and floods we will provide a Rain Check. If the equipment malfunctions we will fix it, or replace it right away. When you checkout online you agree to the terms & conditions. Before the BHD driver leaves he or she will inspect and ensure that all equipment is in working and operational order. When you sign in person you agree that the equipment is functional and in operational order. We will not provide a refund due to weather. In the situation where we do provide a refund, please beware of processing time. Major credit cards will take 3-5 business days. PayPal refunds will take 7-10 business days.
